These Rules & Regulations of the Association Historic Conference Centres of Europe are part of the Articles of Association.
Amendments to the Rules & Regulations have to be sent at least 3 weeks prior to the Annual General Assembly in writing to the Head office. The Rules & Regulations can be changed during the AGA by a simple majority vote.
Mission statement HCCE:
HCCE is a marketing platform aimed at promoting conference centres in historic buildings with state-of-the-art convention technology. The strategy is to offer a professional platform to clients. The goal of HCCE is to intensify business opportunities for the members.
Membership is a recognized quality seal which enhances the image of HCCE member centres. The platform provides/supports the members with an international network, to improve their knowledge and positioning in the MICE market.
